Object Mashups

Remix Culture is the blending of preexisting creations or properties. Essentially it is like 2 parent ideas that give birth to entirely new blend of the properties which make up the original 2. Sometimes it has new properties of its own

Sukhoi Axe:
The with the intent with this mashup was more to see what a simple mashup would be and I thought to blend an ax with a Sukhoi jet was kinda cool by default.
 Top Truck:
I wanted to mash some sort of vehicle with something wacky and at first, it was just a top hat and a truck but then I decided to add ears to really complete the look
 SharkBot:
I wasn't sure whether this would count as a creature but I'm a sucker for robots, specifically Transformers so I thought I'd mash up a shark, which is cool by nature and I found a random unknown robot and got to work.
 Cup of Time:
I wanted to make something so mundane like a cup mix with something so natural like time to make something really surreal thus a Cup of Time
 Constructub:
I found I was kind getting to narrowed down on serious reasoning for the mashups so I thought what is something wacky and weird, a bulldozer and bathtub, which was ironic to me since one gets dirty and the other cleans.
Space-Dino Speaker:

The process with this was to mix seemingly unconnected things and from there form an underlying connection. That connection being that supposedly the things that make the speaker are really loud such as the engine of a Spaceship and the roar of a Dino(At least according to Jurassic Park)
Retro Email:
I kind just thought it would be funny to mix two things that seemingly have less purpose now(Though mail is still quite useful. More so in reference to contacting someone)
Keysword:
I thought about how Excalibur is a sword stuck in a stone. Like it's 'locked' in stone. So based on a terrible pun here it is.
Organic Rake:
I thought about using more organic things since up to this point most of the mashups have been more technical thus the Organic Rake(It looks sort of like a vacuum with the Pineapple being like the dirtbag)
Hawk Eye Binoculars-
Based on the whole 'watching someone like a hawk' saying

  1. Your final design is intriguing, reminds me a bit of a plague doctor mask.
